With baby boomers aging into the senior population and people living longer in a rapidly growing region, a venerable Charlotte retirement living community turned to Belgrave Associates to create and execute a marketing and communications strategy.
Belgrave provided an analysis of the retirement living community’s business plan, then produced deliverables that included strategic positioning, event marketing, public relations and traditional and web advertising. A revamped website augments the marketing effort, complemented by a shifting focus to SEO and digital ads.
After completing a new, responsive website, Belgrave is conceiving and producing new brochures and other collateral, and it is developing a comprehensive social media plan to help the community and its marketing further transition to the digital age.
